Baicalia, Masloviella, Kussiella and Minjaria (Stromatolitic forms) Valdiya, 1969a of Middle Riphean age. Azmi and Paul 2004 reported Prohertzina anabania missarzhevskey, P. robusta Quian, P. siciformis missarzhevskey.

Age

Ca. 1600-1550 age span estimates for Gangolihat Fm-Deoban Fm from McKenzie, N.R., Hughes, N.C., Myrow, P.M., Xiao, S., Sharma, M. 2011. Correlation of Precambrian-Cambrian sedimentary successions across northern India and the utility of isotopic signatures of Himalayan lithotectonic zones. Earth and Planetary Science Letters, 312, 471-483. This is similar to the ca. 1600-1550 Ma age span for Gangolihat Fm (which Sinha (2021 for Dr. Raju's Lexicon had indicated is a synonym for Deoban Gr, Deoban Fm) as indicated by A.J. Martin (2017. A review of Himalayan stratigraphy, magmatism, and structure. Gondwana Research 49 (2017) 42–80). Therefore, the range 1600-1555 is adopted here for the Deoban Gr, and each component formation is given a 15 Myr span.
